- Within your profile and call settings, integrate with Cisco Spark using your Cisco login information
- Anytime you add a call or take any action on an existing call in CallPlease, you’ll have the option of sending that call info to any of your Spark Spaces.
Calls include the Spark logo when they are connected to a Spark Space
Management can monitor the activity of CallPlease users and offer insights, guidance, and responses to queries without leaving the Spark interface.
